Professor Guaccero's talk will focus on the possible scenarios that the ever-increasing recourse to artificial intelligence may have on corporations and on the performance of ordinary corporate functions. In particular, Professor Guaccero will focus on the impact on corporate duties and liability rules, up to the ultimate possibility of artificial intelligence replacing corporate directors.
