Corporate Giving Symposium: the bridge to in-person
Event Information
About this Event
Join us on Thursday, June 10th from 8:00 am until noon via zoom to learn from Corporate Funders, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) and Human Resources Professionals about how they adjusted their giving pillars, employee volunteerism and workplace giving programs during Covid and what they are planning as we start to see the economy opening and some returning to the office.
Speakers confirmed to date include Nicole Bascomb-Green of U.S. Bank who will share the Bank's decision to move to 'invite only' grant applications and the need to fund BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) led nonprofits that serve the BIPOC LMI (low-moderate income) communities.
Ashley Ruiz of McKinstry will educate us on a 'Social Purpose Corporation', what CSR means to them and how the company is organized around corporate philanthropy, community engagement and employee volunteering.
Other presenters with their topics will be announced soon, including an international gaming company with headquarters in the Seattle area.
Fee: $65 per person or $55 per person if more than three from the same organization register. If you cannot participate on June 10th, this event will be recorded and a private link will be made available to you.
