Description

What's a Sweat + Crawl + Eat? It's like a bar crawl, but this one is fitness and health centered! Participants get a sampling of a variety of local fitness classes and all ticket proceeds benefit the Strongsville Emergency Food Bank. Interested? Grab your friends and get sweaty while supporting a great cause!

Reserve your ticket, then fill out the required waivers in the class descriptions below.

Here's how the day will unfold:

8:30 - 8:45 am

Meet at TITLE Boxing Club, get wristbands, sign any waivers, and get basic information about our exciting day. Please fill out the 3 online waivers prior to coming. If you do not complete them, you cannot participate in the workouts. They are available in the individual class descriptions.

Class start time: 8:45 am to 9:15 am

TITLE Boxing Club Power Hour- Instructors: Heather Lelonis and Julie Radon

TITLE Boxing Club is the best and only authentic full-body boxing workout that changes your body, clears your mind and completely engages your spirit. Its signature Power Hour utilizes the fundamentals of a true boxer's workout to strengthen and tone your arms, legs, back, core and your confidence. Empowering, exhilarating and totally addictive—this is your new favorite workout. For the 30 minute Power Hour, here is what you can expect...Warm Up: 7 minutes cardio based warm up to get your heart pumping. Rounds: four 3 minute rounds where you will throw jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts on the bag. The trainer will lead you through different combinations during each round. Active Rest: 1 minute cardio bases activity between each round to keep that heart rate up (here is also a great time to grab that sip of water if needed). Core: 7 minutes to strengthen and tone your abs, obliques, and lower back.

Modern Yoga: Hot Power Yoga Class - Instructor: Joyce Fijalkovich Atherton

Modern Yoga’s signature class. Change your world by linking your breath to your movement. In this class you’ll explore precisely what you’re all about. Choose to see the challenge and take opportunity to grow. This is not the hardest thing you’ll do in life, but it may be the most fun. Warning: you will love this class! Other words for empower: allow, legitimize, entrust, enable, authorize. These hot classes are climate controlled by using radiant heat panels and a steam generator. This makes for a challenging and sweaty class along with many other benefits of a hot practice. Find out more about hot yoga. Temperature: 95-100 Humidity: 55-65%

Strongsville Fit Body Boot Camp - Trainer Lauren

Strongsville Fit Body Boot Camp is home of the Afterburn workouts - a group personal training program where you'll get high energy, fun, and challenging workouts designed to burn maximum fat and tone your entire body in only 30 minutes.

Class start time: 11:00 am to 11:30 am

Orange Theory Fitness - Coach: Brianna

Orange Theory Fitness is a 5-zone heart rate monitored group fitness program backed by the science of post exercise oxygen consumption. Heart rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy! Participants burn an estimated 500-1200 calories per workout! Class will include work on treadmills, water rowers and strength training!

You will fill out this waiver at the first location.

Lunch at CoreLife Eatery

All Sweat + Crawl + Eat participants who complete all 4 stops will get 50% their meal at CoreLife Eatery!
