Are you Ready to get that Summer body or just break free from the winter blues?

In my presence we practice self love and appreciation of our bodies no matter the shape or ability.

We begin our practice with good music to get our hearts pumping to Pilates which is designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and posture, and enhance mental awareness. It is similar to yoga but emphasizes your body's core — the abdomen, obliques, lower back, inner and outer thigh, butt, and so on. Expect to improve on strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, and balance.

We end the class with restorative and soothing Yin yoga poses that are slow-paced style of yoga postures, or asanas, that are held for longer periods of time—for beginners, it may range from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for five minutes or more. A perfect way to set the tone for your week.
