Core Sculpt + Sweat with Sally | Barnfox Kingston

This 45-minute class will be a unique blend of strength training, cardio, pilates and yoga that is challenging, high energy and a fun twist to mat pilates. It will emphasize moves that will strengthen, lengthen & tone the muscles. All routines are different and choreographed to bomb ass music!

Sweat with Sally was founded by Sally Torreggiani, a fitness instructor with multiple certifications and continuing education. She received her 200-Hour Yoga Alliance certification and 450-Hour Pilates Sport Center Certification. She believes in fitness for fun, sweating without judgements, and self love, and encourages everyone, no matter their skill level or body type, to come to the mat because fitness is about how you FEEL, not how you look. Sally's classes are designed to challenge her clients mentally and physically and help them step out of their comfort zones. Sally leads with her whole heart and every ounce of energy she has. Through her animated and driven workouts, extensive skill-sets, and a bubbly personality mixed with pure passion, Sally combines her strengths to motivate, support, and help others love their body, sweat their heart out, and reach their highest potential.

We ask those attending to bring light weights and resistance bands (not required but highly recommended), their own yoga mat, towel, and most importantly a positive attitude! In this 45-minute fusion class, you can expect a killer playlist, lots of sweat, and smiles :-)

***Masks are required and the class will be capped at 12 people so each person can be a safe distance apart. We maintain daily sanitation of the space, wiping down all surfaces throughout, have the space professionally cleaned, and have 15 windows we can open. Our air ventilation units are equipped with hepa filters responsible for capturing and filtering out 99.97% of particles in the air.
