THIS ONE DAY DESIGN SHOP WILL GIVE YOU A SOLID FOUNDATION FROM WHICH TO CULTIVATE AND HARNESS THE ENERGY TO FILL YOUR WELL OF BEING.
The "READY, SET, BE F.I.T." is a personal health, wellness, mentorship and training program developed by Katharina, personal trainer and founder of Personal Evolution.
As a personal trainer for over 20 years I have witnessed the many struggles that people face when sticking to a health and fitness way of life. There are many common struggles yet very individual solutions. That is because we are all unique and a one size fits all approach doesn't support our individual blueprints. One persons medicine is another's poison. Plus, if we don't understand our underlying patterns and behaviours that sabotage our progress then we can fall prey to the onslaught of self deprecating thoughts that dress up as failure.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
The day will include an aspect from each component of
1) Ready, 2) Set, and 3) Be F.I.T. (The day includes ALL the meals (that we will create together) PLUS exercise equipment to take home)
1. Tools to explore and utilize your own unique health and fitness blueprint.
2. An understanding of intention and how to use it to bring your vision to reality.
3. Meditation techniques to create a communication pathway to bring energy from the body to mind and power from the mind to the body.
4. A heightened sense of body awareness.
5. Posture and alignment techniques to create a solid foundation from which to
move and exercise.
6. Visualization techniques for healing, health and creating results.
7. An understanding of how habits and behaviours sabotage your vision, and how to create the mind set and heart set to create change.
8. An introduction to Wholebody Nutrition.
9. A plethora of learning experiences that will arise organically and magically throughout the day…the experience of being in flow with the moment.
10. A personal exercise program WITH equipment that you can implement immediately.
11. Healthy food to tantalize your tastebuds and to add to your repertoire of tasty healthy meals.
This workshop is the foundation of all of my training principles and will provide you with the foundation to launch into all your endeavours with energy, vitality and clarity!
