Overview

VoxVibe — 2 short speeches/presentation, group provided topics discussions, an open-floor conversation. Rotating Topic Master & Time Master.

Welcome to VoxVibe!

VoxVibe — Short speeches. Deep conversations. Big ideas.

VoxVibe is a friendly, structured space where people practice speaking, active listening, facilitation and group thinking — with a modern, energising format that respects everyone’s time. Grab your drink and join for free.

What happens each session

  • Two 3-minute topic presentations to spark the room. (These set the theme and are short, sharp, and idea-focused.)
  • Breakout conversations in groups of 3–5 people: every member has 90 seconds to speak, followed by a 90-second group summary presented back to the room. Each small group has a group timekeeper.
  • Unlimited whole-group discussion after group summaries — open floor, guided by the Topic Master so conversation stays productive and inclusive. The Time Master manages overall pacing so everyone gets a fair chance to speak during the open discussion.

Essential rotating roles (different person every session)

  • Topic Master — selects or frames the topic, opens with the 3-minute presentation, and moderates the whole-group discussion.
  • Time Master — oversees timing for the whole session (breakouts, summaries, open discussion), gives gentle time signals, and ensures the session finishes on time.
  • Group Timekeepers — in every breakout group to enforce the 90s per person and 90s summary.
  • Group Herald (summariser) — each group chooses a speaker-of-the-round to deliver the 90-second group summary to the main room.
  • Host / Anchor — runs the meeting flow, welcomes newcomers, and hands over to the Topic Master.

Roles rotate every session so members develop facilitation and leadership skills as well as public-speaking confidence.
