Education and Justice of the Future in the Context of Artificial Intelligence
03/02 - With a PhD in Law from the University of Salamanca, Spain, and a Master's in Law from the State University of Santa Catarina (2005), Dr. Diogo Nicolau Pítsica, during his career as a lawyer, worked in the areas of Tax Law, Business Law, and Electoral Law. He was also a university professor, President of the Santa Catarina Lawyers' Assistance Fund (CAASC-SC), former Councilor of the OAB-SC, former Attorney General of the Santa Catarina capital, and served as President, on leave, of the ATESC. The author of eight legal works, including dissertations on the Philosophy of Law, Diogo also serves as an examining member on several judicial admissions boards. He is an active contributor to periodicals and a frequent guest speaker.
