Overview
The Colorado Cello Summit is a 501c (3) non-profit organization dedicated to growing the cello community in Colorado. Since 2018, the Colorado Cello Summit has held a yearly event that all are welcome to attend and participate in talks, chamber music, visiting with luthiers, masterclasses and a large cello ensemble reading. The 2025 Summit will feature renown cellist and teacher Dr. Erik Anderson who is Professor of Cello at Minot University in North Dakota. Dr. Anderson will be leading a class on the Bach Cello Suites, as well our masterclass teacher, and will play a solo with the cello ensemble. Other events incluide a online silent auction, vendors, headshots, door prizes and our cello ensemble with Dr. Charles Lee and Erin Patterson as our body warmup leader.
