NEW DATES: Celebrating our 15th year, September 9, 10 and 11, 2022, the Chester County RE-Discover America Balloon Festival is a must-attend event providing family fun for all ages. Experience Chester County and the unique and historic Del Val Region from the ground up! Minutes from Philadelphia, easy drive from New York, Washington D.C. and New Jersey.

The Chester County Balloon Festival is a well attended event supporting the local community, local businesses and local talent with portions of the proceeds going to local youth community groups.

We are about the science, technology and engineering of this basic form of flight and the discovery of its place in the history of flight as well as the inspiration and passion of careers in aviation for both men and women by sharing the fun it! Checkout the Balloon History Pop Up Museum and even meet some local aviation pioneers.

The expanded 3-day schedule highlights over 20+ hot air balloons taking flight twice per day, early morning and two hour before sunset, balloon glows Friday and Saturday nights featuring a Special Shaped Balloon Rodeo, tethered balloon rides and balloon demos during the 3 day event including one inflated that folks can walk-thru, all weather permitting

In addition, the 3 day event includes Live music by our local talent, beer, wine and craft spirit garden, truly delicious food by local food vendors, local arts and crafts, zipline and bounce and jump and more in the works.
