Mindfulness is simply a practise of paying attention to the present moment, to see with a different lens just what we’ve been missing, for a deeper understanding, to grow and be the best version of ourselves.

Global companies like LinkedIn, Google, Intel, eBay, SAP etc. are the leaders in the corporate movement. It’s no longer just for yogi’s and spiritual gurus.
