Feeling stretched or stressed at work? You’re not alone. In this supportive and interactive 3-hour session developed by Community union and Way to Wellbeing, we’ll explore what triggers our stress, how it affects us, and what we can do to feel more balanced.

Together, we’ll learn practical ways to cope with workplace stress, set healthy boundaries, and bring more self-care and self-compassion into our daily lives. You’ll leave with simple, effective tools to support yourself—helping you feel calmer, more focused, and better equipped to handle challenges.
