The impact of the last election on people’s mood and behavior is unprecedented. The unexpected results have raised much uncertainty, which in turn raises anxiety levels. One-month after the event, many are still feeling somber moods. While some anxiety can be healthy, what people are experiencing here is not. This anxiety is having negative effects on people’s general mood and wellbeing. In this workshop, Dr. Baker offers practical ways to cope with post-electoral anxiety.
