Do you or a loved one suffer from physical or emotional pain, stress, anxiety, depression, or chronic conditions caused by anxiety?

Are you seeking simple, non-invasive tools to soothe anxiety in the moment as well as support an ongoing sense of calm?

Are you open to exploring how to use the body’s natural energy to deal with anxiety symptoms?

In this hands-on workshop, I will teach you a variety of techniques and simple tools that promote & enhance the body’s ability to naturally relax and come back into balance.  Drawing from foundational healing practices such as Reiki, Healing Touch, and Pranic Healing, we'll explore the benefits of using your body’s natural energy as the basis for supporting peace and calm. And all tools can be used immediately with your family, friends, yourself, and even your pets!

Benefits of Using Energy Techniques for Anxiety

Non-invasive – Energy techniques do not involve any medicines, surgery, scopes, or other procedures that invade your body in any way.   Most techniques involve light, intentional touch, which is often calming in and of itself.

Relaxing – Our true inner nature is calm and relaxed, but internal and external stressors frequently compromise our natural state. Energy work is an effective conduit back to this state of being.

Relieve pain and discomfort – Energy work is great for both acute and chronic pain, and as a complementary therapy to the physical, mental, and emotional effects of stress and anxiety.

Safe & effective – No harmful effects have EVER been reported from energy work. It can have both short and long-term healing and calming effects for those who are open to receive.

What you will learn in this class:

• The basics of working with the body’s natural energy
• Getting centered, sensing and using energy
• Giving and receiving a variety of energy techniques specific to relieving the physical and emotional symptoms of anxiety

If you’re ready to learn simple, effective, and non-invasive tools to support yourself and your loved ones to cope with anxiety, please join us! This will be highly experiential session. Please come prepared to work with others to practice and experience the techniques you learn.

This class can accommodate a maximum of 20 students. Please RSVP below. Pre-payment of $15 will hold your spot, or you can pay $20 at the door (cash or check).
