Navigating through hierarchal structures, bursting through glass ceilings, and dodging micro-aggressions can sometimes make going to work feel like training for the Olympics. This conversation will focus on ways to thrive in these environments and to have open conversations without fear.

Panelists include:

  • Kim Adams, Diversity and Inclusion Consultant
  • Alina Lee, Attorney, Southern Company Gas (and We Love BuHi Board Chair)
  • Nzinga Shaw, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer, Atlanta Hawks
  • Rashad Taylor, Cheif Equity Officer, City of Atlanta-Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion

The conversation will be moderated by True Colors Associate Artistic Director Jamil Jude.

Please join us between 11:00 and 11:45 AM for a coffee and pastry reception, compliments of Kheesekakes by Kelli and Shay Latte.
