Event description

Description

Every dog will need vet care and some form of grooming. This can be a major stressor for both dogs and their owners. There is a way to make veterinary care less stressful and possibly enjoyable for our dogs. Health care can be cooperative with dog, owner and veterinary staff. Dr. Nicholas Albano, DVM, CVA, CCRT and Robin Byrd, Veterinary Nurse from Veterinary Holistic Care in Bethesda, Maryland will be doing a presentation and instruction on cooperative care. Please plan to attend with your dog. Please bring crate, yummy treats and water for your dog. Dogs will need to be crated during the presentation. You must register to attend the workshop. There will be 20 working spots and plenty of auditing spots.

The workshop is free.

Snacks and drinks will be provided.
