Event description

Description

A masterclass and practicum on non-formal learning methodologies, cooperative learning and natural learning (design and delivery) - with Francis Laleman.

For trainers, facilitators, L&D practitioners, organisational coaches, change managers.

Medium: English.

The concept of cooperative learning is the foundation of a learning organisation, a community in which people continuously learn, with, from, and among each other. In an innovative, maybe daring move, Francis Laleman combines Paulo Freire's Pedagogy of the Oppressed and Augusto Boal's Games for Actors and Non-Actors with tenets of Agile - reframing organisational learning in a SCRUM-inspired environment.

This is a two day program (2x2 half days), second day on Sept 20. In the first half day, we will explore the overall cooperative learning framework from different angles, looking for meaning and applicability. Over the next three half days, attendants are invited to take turns in presenting a piece of learning matter (or trainings) from their own practice, after which the group will study and analyze the topic and explore possibilities of reframing the given programme in a true cooperative learning environment, sometimes using SCRUM or different patterns and tesselations.
