About this Event

For Red Sox fans there will never be another season like 2004. 15 years ago the Sox "reversed the curse" and claimed their first World Series win in 86 years. And that would not have happened without Curt Schilling.

He won 21 games that year and became part of New England sports lore by pitching against the Yankees with blood seeping through his sock.

That whole season was a rollercoaster ride. Coming of the stinging loss in the 2003 ALCS, MLB voided a trade that would have brought A Rod to the team. Eventually Nomar was shipped out, and Manny was just being Manny as the team did naked pullups and shots of Jack before playoff games.

Under the leadership of Terry Francona and Theo Epstein, the youngest GM in history, the "Idiots" won thanks to a once in a lifetime steal by Dave Roberts, Big Papi heroics, and Tek sticking his mitt right in A-Rod's face!

Curt will share even more behind the scenes stories as we relive the amazing year of the 2004 Red Sox.

Enjoy a good old fashioned summer cookout under a huge tent at Anah Shrine Building on Broadway in Bangor October 5th. Unlimited ballpark food and cash bars. Tickets are limited.
