Our friend, colleague and favorite cooking chef, Pascale Beale, returns to Buttonwood to show us how to take advantage of farm-fresh fruits and vegetables. As she shows us how to make these delicious dishes, we'll talk about wine pairings with each course - and then taste each with a Buttonwood estate grown wine. The menu includes:
- Leek, Snap Pea and Burrata Salad
- Puff pastry tarts with caramelized onions, olives, goat cheese and pesto
- Strawberry and Lemon pots de crème
Spend some time talking to Pascale about her current (and upcoming!) cookbooks, which she'll be happy to sign for you at the event. We'll be "in the pink" with the class, pouring our Blanc de Noirs, and our Rosés. Space is limited, so get your tickets early.

Buttonwood Farm Winery
Buttonwood Farm is a small gem set amidst the splendor of the Santa Ynez Valley. Our 39-acre vineyard stretches acros a sun-drenched mesa on the eastern portion of our 106-acre property. Our tasting room is surrounded by other bounty from the farm, including olives, pomegranates, herbs, seasonal vegetables and of course, our famous peaches. Guests are welcome daily from 11-5 and invited to taste our full-range of wines, from Sauvignon Blanc to Cabernet Franc.
