Cooking with Kids - Chopped Junior Winner Makes Veggie Sushi!

Ths class will be led by the Chopped Junior winner, Lily Nichols, from Cinnaminson NJ!.
She joins our team to help our students make a Kitchen 19 specialty - VEGGIE SUSHI! Kids will cut their veggies, prepare the herb dip and roll up their sushi for a delicious snack to prepare at home using a variety of vegetables for their own custom sushi! This snack is healthy, versatile and fun to make.
The kids will enjoy a healthy juice or milk to enjoy with their sushi for a nice spring lunch! Kids will make enough "sushi"" to take a container home to share with ther families.
This is geared toward 4 to 8 year old children. We will have two assistants to help the children, but one parent or guardian of younger children are invited to stay and watch.
