Cooking with Herbs

Growing and using herbs can turn a basic dish into a gourmet meal. We will share tips on growing various herbs in your garden or patio containers, ideas for preserving herbs plus demonstrate some simple recipes to use herbs like rosemary, thyme and dill. Samples included.
Karen's cooking expertise is top-notch, and it's always provided in the neighborly, interesting, and informative fashion she has become known for.
This class is part of Lehman's 2017 Homemade 101 Class Series.
Is there an age limit to attend?
Age 10+. Please note that the class content is NOT geared toward children, but we understand that some young people may have special interest in the subject, so they are more than welcome to attend, provided they purchase a ticket and meet the age limit. Parents with babies are also welcome to bring their child to class, but we ask that you be courteous to the other class participants if your children begin to get antsy.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
You may give your ticket to another individual if you are unable to attend.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes. Please bring your ticket with you to the event.
What is the refund policy?
Because these are limited class sizes, we are not able to provide refunds. Sorry!

No problem! It is not necessary for the name to match the attendee.
