Chef Mike and his team from Green returns to the JCC this January. In January, the Jewish community will celebrate the holiday of Tu B’Shevat (New Year for the Trees) featuring the shivat haminim, or “Seven Species” which include wheat, barley, grapes, figs, pomegranates, olives, and dates.

Spaghetti Squash Puttanesca
Printed ingredient list and recipes will be provided and attendees will delight in a 5-course meal. Space is limited and reservations are a must, $25 per person. The J needs to commit to Green in advance, so sorry, no refunds.
