James Beard award winning Chef Tony Mantuano and Executive Chef John Hogan team up with Beverage Director Ken Pritz to demonstrate some unique fall recipes featuring 2 Towns cider.

On the menu:
Mussels with cider and fennel
Chicken livers with cider and apples
Quince acquerello risotto with prosciutto, parmigiano reggiano and cider
