In the beginning of school, it's tough to cook every night. Here is a great and easy idea for a veggie focused meal with a theme of making one meal stretch.
This afternoon, we are preparing Chef Holllie's "Sweet Pear n Crazy Cool Celeriac Salad"--it has dried cranberries and toasted walnuts with a buttermilk tarragon dressing the kids can shake in a jar. It will be a hit!
Details: Adults with Kids ages 7-11 are welcome, Max is 20 people (5 per table), $7 donation per person will be collected checkin. Please provide the name and age of your child and advise us of any nut allergies. If adult attending they must sign up too! Deadline to sign up is at noon on the day of the event. And Waitlist will be set up as well.
