Participants will prepare Roasted Squash Risotto, Butternut Squash Soup with Apples and Blue Cheese, Turkey Cutlets, Baked Sweet Potatoes and Grilled Zucchini, Pumpkin Pie Tarts for dessert. Arrive 15 minutes before class begins.
