Let’s get together and talk about how we can make this festive time more meaningful, healthy and loving and supportive towards ourselves and our beautiful planet. Join Aine for this two hour livestream event where she will talk about ways you can have a healthy Happy Christmas. Aine will share a holiday menu that is sure to delight even the pickiest eater. We will prepare a few of the dishes from the menu and Aine will answer any questions you might have about the other dishes and offer other fun and creative ideas to keep your Christmas green – she is Irish after all!

ABOUT AINE:

Aine McAteer is a personal chef, award winning cookbook author and all-around creative person, who takes pleasure in making healthy food taste delicious. She has traveled the world as a personal chef with high profile actors, musicians and athletes and continues to share her gifts, both with her clients and the general public through her teaching and writing. Aine is originally from Ireland, is based in L.A. and her work has taken her traveling worldwide. Her travels inspire her creativity and she loves to integrate ideas and inspiration from the various cultures she has explored.

Aine’s background is primarily in Macrobiotic, Ayurvedic and plant-based cooking and in her work she caters to people adhering to all kinds of dietary systems, so is very flexible in her approach to food – always with an aim to keep in health supportive.
