Cooking Skills Series, Class #5: Seafood ● $15 Per Class
Thursday, February 13th ● 6pm-8pm
This monthly cooking skills series will make even the most nervous kitchen-phobe confident in preparing easy and delicious dishes. This class will teach you the fundamentals of cooking seafood. We will also welcome Rick from our Seafood department to demonstrate his famous Branzini recipe.
On the Menu:
Lessons on oysters, Recipes for your favorite seafood sauces and Rick's Roasted Branzini, Perfectly Seared Scallops, Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna Salad, Mussels in Garlic Sauce, Grilled Chorizo and Shrimp Skewers
