Learn to plan your entire week’s meals while shopping & cooking once. The rest of the week you can simply warm things up and put together salads. You'll save time, eat healthier, cheaper and you'll be able to eat more of what you really like. In this class we'll plan out a week of meals for you or your family, cook some simple meals for easy reheating, and demonstrate how to store them until you're ready to use them.
