Cooking Healthily for Diabetes and Hypoglycaemia
This cookery workshop will show you how to gain greater control of blood sugar problems through changes in daily diet and lifestyle using delicious plant based ingredients.
Many people with beginning stages of type II diabetes have been able to reverse the condition and return to health, and with long-term type I or II, it can be possible to reduce complications and enjoy better health using a wholefood approach
If you suffer from frequent low blood sugar, a more balanced diet and lifestyle can help you regain consistent energy levels. This masterclass will be an exciting day of cooking and eating together diabetic friendly starter, main course and of course...Dessert!

What will we cover during this workshop?
This cookery workshop will draw upon the essence of traditional wholefood nutrition and distilled down to simple, easily-taught basics that can enable even the most inexperienced cook to create tasty, nourishing and beautiful meals for managing their diabetes

Parking Costs: Up to 30 minutes - £0.50, up to 3 hours - £2.30. Parking is chargeable between 8.00am to 6.00pm and parking is free for 23 hours for Blue Badge holders.

What can/can't I bring to the event?
No alcohol is permitted . Delicious energising tonic/beverages will be served to you on arrival and all guests can help themselves to tea/herbal tea and coffee throughout the class session . Please bring your own bottled drinking water .

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
