About this Event

“JERK” Grilled Lobster with Avocado-Mango-Hearts of Palm Salad
This is a magical dish. The aroma and intense flavor of the “Jerk” Grilled Lobster tails against the creaminess of avocado, the fleshiness of the mango and the supple texture of the hearts of palm dressing with the herbal-citrus dressing is amazing! You will find yourself making this recipe all year. Keep those hearts of palm handy!
The Papa Hemingway
This is a twist on the classic Daiquiri designed for Hemingway at the El Floridita in Havana. Hemingway wanted a Daiquiri with less sugar, and this what the bartender came up with. It is also called the Papa Doble because it's a pretty big drink.
