First Topic:
Wellness Meals to help your body spring into action.
We’ll start with a gentle cleanse for 1 day to reset the body then I’ll show what a healthy days meals are with a breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
They will all be VEGAN base and then we can add different proteins.


Barbara will educate us on the importance of a variety of foods to increase your vitamins and minerals naturally.
She’s start with a cleanse day and why it’s necessary to cleanse the colon each season, even just for a day!
The Barbara will talk us through a healthy day of meals to nourish the body and bring it back into balance. She’ll make a breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack that you can sample on the night and take the recipes away to repeat at home.
All bases of the meals will be Vegan and then Barbara will show how you can build on that concept with other proteins if required.
This is perfect for those who want to increase their energy, lose weight, regulate their hormones and just feel 10 years younger!
Barbara will touch on the Wheel of Wellbeing, Portion control, Food variety, Rainbow Recipes and much more.
