Baldy’s is known for authentic, pit-style, smoked BBQ. Enjoy a sampling of their beef brisket, chicken, ribs, and sausage, along with some of their famous sides like cheesy potatoes and elote corn; plus a sampler flight of delicious, cold craft beers. You will also be given recipes and how-to instructions on creating your own smoked meats at home using a simple grill.
