Our cooking classes are designed to create experience and memories that go beyond the kitchen.

Menu Options:

1. Caribbean Soul Cooking Class:

Cheese Course- Spanish cheeses, meats, olives, and homemade crostini

Amuse Bouche (Choose One)- Empanadas with choice of beef, chicken, or seafood or Tostones Rellenos with fried plantains, avocado, and blackened shrimp

Soup (Choose One)- Soup Joumou with butternut squash, vegetables, and pasta or Spanish fish stew with tomatoes, potatoes, and vegetables

Tomato Relish Salad- With cucumber, avocado, mango, honey-lime dressing

Entree (Choose One)- Jerk chicken with pineapple relish, rice and beans, and fried plantains or Red Snapper with Creole shrimp, tomatoes, and onion or Grilled filet with chimichurri, papas bravas, and asparagus

Dessert (Choose One)- Flourless Mexican chocolate cake or Tres Leches Cake

2. Southern Cooking Class:

Cheese Course (Choose One)- Biscuits, brie, and ham plate with homemade jam and candied nuts or Spanish cheese board with chorizo, serrano, Italian, and olives

Appetizers (Choose One)- Double-fried chicken and sweet potato waffles with bourbon maple syrup or Choice of two empanada flavors: beef short rib, curry vegetable, or seafood

Salad (Choose One)- Arugula with quail egg, bacon, shaved parmesan, and baguette crouton or Kale Caesar with shaved parmesan and baguette crouton

Homemade Pasta (Choose One)- Spanish paella with shrimp, lobster, mussels, and calamari in saffron rice or Sweet potato ravioli in maple cream sauce

Entree (Choose One)- Bourbon-glazed pork chop with braised collards and macaroni and cheese or spiced red snapper with shrimp creole sauce

Dessert (Choose One)- Salted caramel bread pudding or Tres Leches creme brulee

3. Easy Weeknight Meals:

Baked Brie and Fruit Compote with crostini or crackers

Spinach Salad with apple and feta

Mixed Grill with Blue Cheese and Herbs with salmon, chicken breast, sirloin, butter, and spices

Balsamic Brussel Sprouts with cherry tomatoes, shallots, rosemary, and parmesan cheese

Spicy Mustard Roasted Potatoes with olive oil, lemon juice, herbs, and parmesan cheese

Appetizer (Choose One)- Empanadas with tomato relish and curry vegetables or seafood or Egg rolls with duck confit or vegetables or Shrimp & grits

Pasta (Choose One)- Macaroni and Cheese with or without lobster or Pasta Carbonara or Asian Fried Rice

Entree (Choose One)- Whole branzino with lemon and crab butter or Grilled filet with mushroom demi-glaze or Chicken or vegan marsala

5. Seven-Course Meal

Cheese Plate with a variety of cheeses or brie wrapped in puff pastry with fruit compote

Amuse Bouche (Choose One)- Crostini with pear, parmesan, truffle honey, herbed cheese or figs, or Shrimp brochette with spicy mango shooters

Soup (Choose One)- Parmesan tomato basil with grilled cheese brochette or Crab bisque with grilled crab baguette

Salad (Choose One)- Lyonnaise salad with bacon, arugula, shallots, quail egg, and parmesan or Field greens with cucumber, tomatoes, goat cheese, and poached pears

Risotto (Choose One)- Butter poached lobster or Wild mushroom
