Cooking Classes: Healthy Meals for Less

This Cooking Class is for YOU!
Learn how to make yummy and healthy meals that won't hurt your bank account. In each session, you will learn about nutritional benefits of the meal and be provided an opportunity to cook your own meal that you will be able to take home
In each class, you will learn how to make your own meals even if...
- You’ve never cooked before
- You’re really busy
- You’re short on cash
- Your kitchen consists of two pans and a microwave
Next Class Starts in February from 6pm - 8pm
- February 3 - Cheap and Healthy Meals in a Hurry
- March 3 - Immunity Booster Soups
- April 7 - Fabulous Fish
- May 5 - Cinco de Mayo, Make Your Own Guacamole and Salsa
Participants will be able to bring the meals home with them after each session. Classes are free and open to all UNH students and will fun from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. Please meet in the lobby of Stillings Dining Hall by 5:55 p.m.
Students who register and participate in all 4 cooking classes will win a personal blender. You do not have to register for all 4 sessions.
If you register for a class(es) and are no longer able to attend, please cancel your registration online or by calling (603) 862-3823. If you fail to cancel and don't show up, you will not be able to register for future cooking classes this semester.

We are located at 4 Pettee Brook Lane, behind the new Paul College (across Main Street from Holloway Commons).
