Hot and cold, come get new ideas, ingredients and methods for making delicious new appetizers for your next party or party invite.
You will learn how to make several delicious appetizers in a round robin station class as well as leave with some great ideas on how to display the food in a really inviting way.
In three and a half hours you will create an array of amazing appetizers that includes: wild mushroom and smoked chèvre crostini; caprese sliders; crab salad on endive; guava glazed meatballs, bacon wrapped scallops; marinated lamb chops with mint-basil pesto; artichoke tarragon dip with crackers and crostini; brie en croute; pesto grilled bruschetta with fresh fig, mascarpone, and apple slices; butternut squash soup shooter with cinnamon sugar croutons; phyllo triangles with bacon jam and brandied cherry; crispy roasted boneless chicken thigh – sliced over spoon corn bread with pan juice gravy (small plate); BLT sliders; gourmet cheese display; hummus and crudité display. Finish up with Carl's ideas for inventive holiday punch.
