Mardi Gras may be on a Tuesday (February 28, 2017), but the celebration can last all week! In this hands-on cooking class, students will learn the intricacies of a classic New Orleans meal.
In Creole tradition, this brunch class will include:
- Crab Cakes with Remoulade
- Grillades & Grits
- Lemon Bread Pudding with Dried Cherries & Café Brulot

About the teacher: Madelaine Bullwinkel has been teaching the culinary arts for over two decades. She also leads immersive culinary tours in various regions of France. The Chicago Tribune honored Madelaine with the Good Eating Award in 2001.
