Cooking Class: Polish Dumplings

Enjoy a night out doing something new and different -- cooking an authentic dish from around the world with Chef Lindsay Sterling. You'll meet new people, cook in one most beautiful kitchens in Maine, learn something new, and enjoy eating a delicious, authentic dish. In this class, up to 16 guests will learn the secrets to making two varieties dumplings from Poland: sweet cheese and potato onion. Everyone will gather round the kitchen island and take part in a tradition of making the dough out of milk, egg, and flour, and turning it into bite-sized pierogi. Bring whatever you like to drink and an apron if you like. Chef Sterling will bring all the ingredients and supplies.
