You'll meet new people, cook in one most beautiful kitchens in Maine, learn something new, and enjoy a delicious dinner. In this class, up to 16 guests will learn the secrets to making Nicaraguan gallo pinto, a rice and beans dish served with cabbage and lime, plantains, sour cream and salsa. Bring whatever you like to drink; Chef Sterling will bring all the ingredients and supplies. This event is gluten-free and vegetarian.
