About this event

Join us in the grand ballroom for a cooking class led by one of our talented chefs, followed by dinner. Demonstrations-style class.

This class will include some N'awlins classics including Shrimp Po Boys, Seafood Boil with Shrimp, Clams & Crayfish, Chicken and Andouille Sausage Jambalaya, Okra & Beignets with Café du Monde Coffee. Chef Briana will walk you through the recipes and finish with a buffet.
