Enjoy a night out doing something new and different -- cooking an authentic dish from around the world with Chef Lindsay Sterling. You'll meet new people, cook in one most beautiful kitchens in Maine, learn something new, and enjoy a delicious dinner. In this class, up to 16 guests will learn the secrets to making two famous Mexican dishes: chiles en nogada, poblano peppers stuffed with pork, apple, plantain, and thyme; and a vegeterian version, chiles rellenos, stuffed with cheese and topped with tomato sauce. Get out and do something different, have fun socializing, meet people who are interested in cooking and world cultures, and learn something new while you're at it.
