Our next cooking class will be "Japanese Osechi (traditional Japanese New Year foods)" on Thursday Dec. 22nd, starting at 10:30am. The event will take place in Santa Clara, very close to RiverMark Village, and the location will be sent to those who sign up 2 or 3 days prior to the event date.
In Japan, New Year's Days are very special and all the family get together and eat this Osechi. In this session, we'll cook something traditional :)
• Braised Duck Brest
• Chikuzen-ni (chicken stew with root vegetables)
• Inari sushi
• Date-maki (New Year style rolled omelet)
• Kamaboko fish cafe with salmon roe
It will be a holiday season but we hope to see some of the familiar faces and some new people too!
If we don't have at least two people confirmed to attend the event by the end of Monday on Dec. 19th, this event will be cancelled.
This session fee will be $58/person. Space is limited to 6 participants (a gentle reminder that there are no refunds after a week before the event date).
The class will last around 3 hours. So, you'll still have a plenty of time to enjoy the weekend :D
Looking forward to our culinary adventure with you!
