Event Details

For the home cook, the idea of whipping up your own batch of homemade noodles may appear intimidating. But, in this class, Chef Ronak shows you the simple nature of crafting fresh noodles right from your kitchen. Roll up your sleeves as we roll out some fresh dough, and learn to make the following recipes:

  • Fettuccine Alfredo
  • Spinach and Cheese Ravioli with Marinara Sauce

Skills Covered: Kneading, rolling, cutting and filling pasta dough; sauce making

 


 

About the teacher: Ronak Patel is the owner, chef, and instructor of his own private dining company, Chef Ronak. He attended Le Cordon Bleu in Chicago and has worked for numerous catering companies including Chef Daniel Private Dining, Creme Catering, and Gourmet Gorilla. His affection for local food and healthy eating shows in his additional work at the Peterson Garden Project Community Cooking School,Purple Asparagus, Sugar Beet Food Co-op in Oak Park, and Cook, Cork and Fork in Palatine. 

 


 

Restrictions: Ages 18 and Older

Refund/cancellation policy: A full refund will be provided for cancellations requests received from customers up to one week (seven days) before the event. No refund or store credit will be provided for cancellation requests received less than a week before the event.
