Description

Croissants are not difficult to make at home if you have a yardstick or tape measure as precision is key. Preparation of the dough is a 2-day process, and exacting methods are needed. We’ll go over all the specific techniques with hands-ons dough preparation and final make-up. It will all pay off in the end with perfect croissant and pain au chocolat.

We are excited to announce that Punky Egan has joined the vomFASS-delecTable team to teach regular baking classes. A Master Baker, Punky has been the owner of Sucré Patisserie and Dessert Lounge, a consultant to the baking industry, and director of the baking program at Madison College for 30 years. She co-authored 3 cookbooks, wrote professional baking articles, created baking videos, and was even on the Food Network. Now she wants to share her wealth of baking knowledge with you!

Classes are designed for 12 students who will work in groups of 4 at their own work station. Wine, beer, and craft cocktails from our own bar will be available for purchase.
