Join Kim for a very fun evening of holiday pastry and learn all about the decorative elements of assembling Buche de Noel, the classic French yule log cake. You will get a chance to craft meringue mushrooms, learn how to cover your log with “moss”and at the end of the night take home a cake that will be a true delight on your Christmas table.
