Tuesday January 24: Healthy Start While we have lots of tempting treats here at The Corner Pantry, we also take healthy eating very seriously. Chef Neill will talk you through what he has learned working with local farms, all while teaching you 3 great dishes to spice up your healthy 2017 diet.
Chef Neill will be teaching the following:
1. Seed Roasted Salmon -watercress salad, herb pesto
2. Coconut Milk Poached Chicken - steamed greens, green papaya, lime, cilantro, mint
3. Kale & Cashew Dip - whole wheat pita
4. Matcha Yogurt Pops - toasted pistachio
Tuesday February 21: Butchery with Brian Join Chef Brian in a hands on class all about chicken. He will coach you through brining, trussing, roasting and butchering your bird. You will take home your bird, seasoned salt, brine mix, and a special boning knife. **This class would be best suited for more experienced home cooks.
Tuesday March 21: British Classics If you have frequented The Corner Pantry, you will know that British Cuisine flies far past shepherd's pie. Join Chef Neill as he gives you his take on some of the Classic British dishes that remain so popular today.
Tuesday April 25: Brunch Brunch at The Corner Pantry is at times our most popular meal. Chef Neill will share with you some of our most popular brunch dishes that you could make to impress your family and friends at home.
