Description

In the spirit of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr’s legacy of service volunteer with us by preping dinner, and engaging in meaningful conversatios with people who are experiencing homelessness.

Volunteers who come at 5:00-7:00pm till be cooking/baking, setting up dinner.

Volunteers to come from 7:00-9:00pm will then engage in conversation during dinner and help clean up

CAMBA takes a comprehensive approach to helping individuals, families and communities thrive, offering integrated programs in: Economic Development, Education & Youth Development, Family Support, Health, Housing, and Legal Services. Our programs build inclusive communities where New Yorkers have the support they need to reach their full potential.

We are looking for 2 volunteers to sleep over the shelter from 9:00pm-6:00am, there will be a training for this and please contact us for more details if you are interested.

**Participants who are under 18 must be accompanied by an adult**
