Join me in the kitchen for an evening of mouthwatering flavors from the Mediterraneans ~
We will prepare a multi-course meal, all from scratch, in a wonderful hands on experience, taste different new spices and learn some helpful kitchen tips.
On the menu:
Moroccan preserved lemons
Whole-wheat pita bread with Za'tar oil
Eggplant mint salad with a twist
Real Meditarenean hummus
Sprouted red lentil patties with Tahini sauce
Tahini- Maple Ice cream for a sweet ending!
You will get to learn great recipes, make them from scratch, and of course- taste them!
