Glad you're joining us! More people = more cookies = more happiness. 🍪✨ Here's how it works.
Bring with you:
- Cookies! (At least 1 dozen, and please make sure they are a minimum of 5 cm or 2 inches wide.)
- A card or paper with the name and ingredients of your cookies
- Your ticket
- A blanket or chairs if you’d like to lounge at Windsor Park afterward and enjoy your cookie haul picnic-style.
We will provide:
- A box for cookies
- Napkins
- Tongs for handling cookies safely
Schedule:
- Arrive with your cookies any time after 11 am, but before 12 pm.
- You'll get a numbered cookie box when you check in.
- Your cookies will be set on a table with your ingredient card
- At 12 pm, we'll start calling folks up to fill their box in order of their box numbers.
Rules:
- Each ticket holder MUST bring cookies to participate.
- Only the person with the ticket gets a box and a turn to fill it. (Sorry, plus-ones, due to space, we can’t let guests inside.)
- You may fill your box with as many cookies as you like, as long as the lid closes all the way!
- Be sweet: leave enough cookies for the people behind you in line.
This event supports the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation. 100% of proceeds go directly to the SCHF, so if you can, please consider making a donation (cash, card, or cheque accepted at the event). Every bit helps, and every dollar makes a difference!
