Please join us for Part 1 of 2 of our Regional Child Health Summit.

We'll share:

  • An overview of our 2021 Community Health Needs Assessment methodology
  • Selected results from our eight-county parent* and community leader surveys, including the impact of COVID-19
  • Tools for community partners to further explore and utilize our parent survey data

8-County Service Area: Collin, Denton, Grayson, Hood, Johnson, Parker, Tarrant, and Wise

Cook Children's is continually grateful for all of our community partners. Partners who register early will receive a fun-filled event box with uplifting surprises. Supplies limited.

Organizer of Cook Children's Child Health Summit Part 1

The Center for Children's Health, led by Cook Children's, is home to the Community-wide Children's Health Assessment & Planning Survey (CCHAPS), Community Health Outreach and Community Health Research. The center's goal is to create aligned collaborations that will allow us to make our North Texas region one of the healthiest places to raise a child. Cook Children's 2021 Community Health Needs Assessment applies academic research standards for both primary and secondary data collection.
