Cook and Eat with Chef Maria Bell
Wednesday, April 17, 2013 from 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM (PDT)
First and foremost we will do the cheese flambe to start with OPA!!! Cheese set on fire, Oh, my my!!!!
Then we will have plenty of pita bread to munch on with feisty feta, Chef Maria's favorite spicy dip.
Then we will make a chicken gyro and then we will eat baklava.
In the meantime sip your wine, ask me questions and listen to Greek music.
When you get to the mood to dance, I will show you that too.
